Really nice work. I see that you draw in CAD, but you don't mention how you actually cut the parts. There is no char so am I correct in assuming they are all CNC cut?

I have not decided on my next project. I am making some drawings for a small schooner with 12 guns. The Admiral says we do not have room for any more big models…
 
Thanks Rick. I am old school. I print the parts and attach them to the sheet stock and cut them out with a band saw and sand them before assembly. It takes longer to make the parts, but I am not on a tight schedule.

Thanks Donnie, this was an interesting build. It is fun to convert POB drawings to POF and add the internal details. The internal profile was very useful in the design stage.
