I don't know if it can be of any help to someone but i did scale plans i found on pinterest with word.
simply copy the plan in a word file using the function '' print screen '' on the key board, then clic right on the picture. It will open a window use size, scale and crop...until once printed, you have reached the scale you wanted. once used to it it works well and fast.
