Thanks to a new partnership between SeaWatch Books and the Nautical Research Guild (NRG), we’ve secured the rights to the Ships in Scale name, and we’re excited to announce its official revival, with a relaunch scheduled for 2026

Well done! I still have a shelf full of old "Ships in Scale" hardcopy magazines.

Fun to browse through them and review the articles and especially the photos.

I have the collection on CD. Seldom look at them - I find there's as much information - if not more - here, plus, it's interactive. If you don't quite understand something about someone's technique, you can always just ask. I truly wish SeaWatch all the best with this, but I'm afraid that paper journals are going the way of the dodo.

Brings back fond memories. I subscribed to the magazine when I first got into wooden ship kits... more decades ago that I like to admit. :)

I have a collection of older editions, several years worth I was given when a local modeler past away. Nice and lots of info. Looking forward to fresh issues!!
