Sail close-up. I use thin cotton fabric, before making the fabric is dyed and impregnated with liquid PVA glue/Titebond do not use!/.After drying and ironing - marking along the width of the strips. bend along the marking line and stitch at a distance of 2-3 mm from the fold line, iron again and sew with the second seam to the panel. Considering the small size of the sail, I do not bend the edges of the sail; on a scale it should be 1-2 mm, and not 5-6 mm, as is often the case. Before sheathing with a cable, I apply PVA, glue to the edges then the fabric does not crumble when sewing.
PS Apologize for the translation machine!
