All the drawings I have for the Discovery1789 only show one stairwell. It goes from the QD right down to the platform in the bottom of the ship. I seems to me that just for safety reasons there should be another somewhere. Although I don't think safety was high on the list. The Swan series have two. Was it "normalish" for ships to only have the one stairwell?
