Hi Daniel, thanks for these photos and further explanation. The rudder size should not be any problem, it just needs to be adjusted to swing a bit more. On the other hand the motor seems to be very slow, and if that prop has one blade striking the hull it must be replaced or adjusted. That one blade obviously has a different pitch setting and will never function as it should. Good Luck!
