The Glory of Catherine, 66-gun sailing ship, by Mr.Deep [COMPLETED BUILD]

Again, my Glory of Catherine the 72nd Put the guns on the main deck.I tied up the hoists, it remains to throw the bays on the puluba. I inserted the barrels with glue into the ports of the closed deck.
great progress and very Nice job

I finished laying the deck flooring, progvozdeval, zashkuril. I am engaged in the arrangement of the forecastle. I made fences, installed rusters. I started making bitengs with coffee bars. Along the sides, I nailed slats with nagels. And even on the main deck I made beams-lintels between the bridges. I don't remember what they are called, they are not on the drawings. I spied a the website Ihttp://parus.ucoz.lv/. also decided to do it, especially since it will be necessary to put a boat with a longboat somewhere.

great progress, it's looks very impressive

Despite the illness, I decided to do something.I installed the false deck of the quarterdeck.I pasted the flooring.I drilled holes for nails.I started hammering nails. We ran out of nail blanks.Another piece of news came a package from a ship modeling store.I ordered three sizes of yufers.Shackles for yufers. There are also vantage points for the 72 scale.A few blocks and grids for rusters. There are also hinges for the covers of gun ports.

Nice fittings - they will fit very well
and good progress my friend - and wish you a fast recovery
Only one point:
Do not forget to nail also the kings-plank on the center line of the ship - this one was thicker, but it is also a plank

Uwek thank you for following my work.As for the central, admiral's board, I will say this.Yes, it was 1.5-2 times thicker than the others. But she was going deeper into the beams, so they were on the same level from above.I don't see any point in singling it out somehow. Moreover, I will still have a ladder and coamings of rusters here.It will almost not be visible. You were confused by my prudence.I just haven't decided yet which way to hammer the nails in it,in the sense of a diagonal.

THis was not my point - I know that the kingsplank was going deeper and on the surface they were often on the same level like the normal planking.
I just haven't decided yet which way to hammer the nails in it,in the sense of a diagonal.
This was my thought - sometimes we stand in front of the question: This way or that way? ONe way we have to go...... once
Very good work

Small things take a lot of time, and especially nerves! While so, I'm winding the ropes.I sharpen the blocks.I put 5 guns on the quarterdeck.I tried on the steering wheel.Very thin, fragile.I broke a few spokes.I'll turn towards the stern, the deck will not be visible from above yet.
