The Glory of Catherine, 66-gun sailing ship, by Mr.Deep [COMPLETED BUILD]

Hello Vic. Yes, I did almost everything myself. I bought a decorative baguette at a hardware store. I took a wooden furniture shield. I covered it with artificial leather, fixed it with a stapler. Then in the art workshop, where they make picture frames, they cut a baguette at an angle of 45 degrees. Everything was connected with staples and voila, it's done. I sawed the props on a jigsaw machine. Processed with a grinder. Painted. Secured with screws.
Nicely done.

We live half a world away from one another...still we share some of the same plantings. Lovely garden.
And if-they would have tried their strawberries, raspberries, cherries. And then they ate their tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers. We grow everything ourselves, without dangerous chemicals. And there is still enough time to build ships. And the ships are being built more cheerfully, more diligently.

My garden-grown masts have found a new place for themselves. So far, only fitting. Over the past 2 days, I have made a bowsprit with an outrigger. On the tops of the masts I put the lights of the mast-hoists. And also put on several pairs of shrouds. And yes, good news. Looks like I found the future owner of the model of this ship. An order for the finished model was received upon completion of construction.

The deadeyes have grooves in them, just like real ones do. Did you get the deadeyes in the kit? Or did you buy them separately?
Hi Vic. I'm building a model from scratch, in case you forgot. Dead eyes and bought ones. But I had to refine them. Make grooves, grind, expand holes. That's about the process. I will also show you how to make a vаnt-putens. Damn translator. In short, under the Mars platform. Hooks 3.5 mm. Cable 0.3mm.
