A restoration 3.rd rate as replica in 1:1 to be build in 7 years.
It is a great idea, but I have my doubts, that this idea will realy run. I think the costs for such a task will be much too high without a main sponsor......hope that I am wrong.....

I have the book from Endsor „the restoration warship“, which you mentioned and showed in your post.
Unfortunately I never red it, too thick, to much information, but as I remember very general from the period. The drawings are relatively undetailed and folded but fixed inside the book.....if there is some interest I can do some scans of the content and show it as a small book review...-
