Hi all.
About a year ago I (re)discovered there was an "old" tv series from 2014 called "BlackSails" and decided to watch it in full, because years ago I passed by some trailer and it didn´t really catch my attention.
Anyway, after watching it I was sure I had to start a couple of builds on that subject, as the series has quite inspiring cuts and details.
So at the same time I started a Bermuda Sloop and... The Queen Anne´s Revenge (QAR).
We have a few historical data on QAR, which permit a proper start but the rest depends on each person´s investigation and acuracy on that period ships. In fact, this is how I best like to build, because in fact only a few ships are really possible to build "as they were". Most of them had constant changes, different purposes and owners.
So here are some of the latest images of the build. Feel free to ask anything about it.
This is my conjectural view of "La Concorde de Toulon" that Blackbeard captured, changed and used for some months. No one really knows where the ship was built and it seems it had several "nationalities", so in my view that means different elements in the whole structure, even decoration.
Regards,
Antonio
