Understanding the instruction manual

This is probably related to the Trident=seller's last post. He wrote me about #1 - #13 and did not answer what it was all about.
Is this change of sheets described somewhere?

after I warned that the kit had arrived, Trident wrote to me saying that the new version of the Kit is missing number 14. In fact, he sent me a pdf with the new drawings from 1 to 13
