Can this be unglued and reset as it set at an angle ? Any ideas would be most welcome. Oh this is my first ever Ship build on a Occre Polaris 1:50 scale as you can tell I'm a newbie LOL .I thought these clips would help the bulk heads if that's what they're called set on the keel as they are supposed to.

You might want to use Acetone (or nail polish remover) to help soften the glue. Dab it on using a Q-tip or brush. Don't be afraid to wet the joint. Wait a few minutes as the acetone gasses off very quickly. Use an X-acto to help loosen. You will probably need to repeat several times, but be patient and work slowly until it releases.
Hope this helps.

What type of glue did you use?

A common tip to help keep bulkheads square, use LEGO blocks, what lego folks call 2x4 about an inch long and half inch wide, can be clipped to keel to keep in alignment.

Hi just a quick question to your reply about 2x4 Lego blocks how would you clamp them to the false keel to align the bulk heads squarely to the false keel? Could you possibly send me picture on how best to do this thanks

I used the the glue supplied by Occre.

You can use the same small black clips you have in photo to clamp the Lego blocks. Most folks I have seen clamp to top of keel and snug against the bulkhead, with one block on each side which keeps things square till glue dries.

Here is photo of how they can be placed, one on each side and held or clamp as needed.

Use the search tool for Lego and you will many others have use Lego's to build larger blocks to use for this purposes.
