That often happens when uploading directly from your phone. If you look at the bottom left of the post, there is a link to "Attachment Editor". You can use this to fix them. I did that on your post, but I don't know if it fixes it for everyone, or just me.

The chain plates and deadeyes have been mounted to the main channel on the starboard side.
