Vanguard models without simplified rigging

My question: Do all Vanguard models (except the Indefatigable, of course) have simplified rigging, or are there other Vanguard boats that do not have simplified rigging?
My problem is that I want to build a smaller boat (approx. 2 masts), but I don't want to compromise on the rigging. The Indefatigable is too big for me, as I would have problems with it during construction and later with the finished model.
I understand why this simplification was made and I think it's perfectly fine, but I don't want it for the Vanguard boat I want to build next.

If you want to stay with a model like the two masted Harpy from Vanguard, you can rig it in as much detail as you want. I have no idea how complete the kit is, but if it is not to your satisfaction there are books based on contemporary information, including line sizes, etc. that you can use to complete any rigging that might not be included in the kit plans. As Harpy is from 1796, Steel's information (1794) should be a big help. James Lees' book, The Masting and Rigging of English Ships of War is an excellent source on how ships were rigged in various periods from the 17th century and well into the 19th century. There are formulas in Lees' book that allow you to come up with every line size.

Thanks for your quick and really helpful reply. I'll get hold of the book and throw myself into the madness of complete rigging.

Thanks for the tip, the HMS Flirt was my first thought too.
Only the Shipwright version is no longer available, it's sold out.

I wrote that I want to build a smaller boat, but not because of the size, but because of the length of time it takes to build. I'm waiting for the HMS Surprise.
Anyway, I've already taken the plunge and ordered the Flirt.
At the moment, Vanguard Models kits are the only option for me because of their outstanding quality.
I'm not entirely happy with the ropes and blocks, though, and want to upgrade to blocks from ‘Docsite’ and ropes from ‘Scale of Rope’. I now have to research the number and size on the internet. The same applies to the ropes.
And I want to attach the planks myself, as I don't really like the laser-engraved decks. I assume that this will cause problems with the overall height, though. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Or I could write to #Chris Watton, he would probably tell me...
