Waterline

On other drawings I've looked at (different boats) the waterline was reasonably obvious. I can't find it on the drwaings of the Discovery1789. The only thing I can see that it might be is the line that the arrow is pointing at. Could that be it? If not, how do I determine the waterline?

As an aside, if the line the arrow is pointing at isn't the waterline what is it?
