Which ship

Hi guys I've built the beginner kit the amati adventure and now I'm doing the masts on the the occre diana.
Question: i want to go a bit bigger and i love 2 ships it's the vanguard with copper hull from amati or the occre sanitisma Trinidad. If i do the Trinidad i still want to do double planking as the kit is single.
