Anyway, there are many fasting points on sail ship- not always east for not the native UK -Us speaking. I will add some. A cleat will only fasten one riggen line, where others are in groups-pine rails around the mast and on either side of the railing. cleats can be inserted in the mast near its food and can be faster to the shrouds too. The last Pic. generally giving Kit builders a lot of problems, as in most kit they are glued fast after the bulkhead and the planking, but pieces are generally fastened below decks, which gives problems -not only inserting but fasten the rigging lines coming from the lower corner of the mail lower sales. sorry for the late answer and wrong place maybe
