ZHL San Felipe 1690 - Ted R

I'm not sure on the height of the upper deck at the stern. Parts 11D and 12D are replacements I made as my cute little OCD wife tossed the original parts thinking they were trash. I rand the deck parallel to the one below and used 21mm as a height based on the height shown on detail T14 (see second photo).View attachment 565707View attachment 565708
Ted, wonderful to see you continuing on, even with your situation. Keep up with the PT and get home soon! My prayers are with you. Merry Christmas! Rob

Ted, I'm truly impressed with what you have accomplished given the space restraints you have. I'm so happy that the staff there are supportive of your hobby. Wishing you and your family a joyous holiday season!
Thank you Russ. Merry Christmas to you and all your loved ones.
The excitement generated by this build among the staff is surprising. At least ten of them drop by daily to see what progress has been made. It encourages me to get something done, however small, despite how I feel.

I'm at a nursing home temporarily to regain my strength after these few months of being ill. Today is Thanksgiving and I'm very grateful for improving in my health. I actually feel Good today.
I'm going to have my wife bring me the parts for cannon carriages and a few tools to get started again. It's busy work that needs to be done.
Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends .

Hi Ted

I have just seen this posting. For some reason I stop getting updates of your built. Today I was wondering how your built was going on and found your posting about your health issue. It is amazing what you have accomplished considering your situation. It is an example for many, like me, when I complain about non relevant issues. I will continue following your built. I hope you will feel better.

Cheers
Daniel

Doing better right now. I'm going to physical therapy twice a day to regain my strength
