I HAVE A 1950S Constructo "GreatRepublic" cliupper ship kit that is mint condition, my questions are should I keep in mint condition and sell it ...or build it? Thanks in advance,Bruce

I am not aware about the actual market prices of such a vintage kit.
As I know these kits were relatively simple made, so a finished model will not be comparable with the actual quality.

Best is, that you decide for yourself, if you would like to build this model ....... if you think to have fun with building this model

I think it all boils down to this fact, do you enjoy making model ships ?
Model kits no mater how old they are do not fetch good prices these days as people do not have the money to spend on such things.
Personally I would prefer the hours of enjoyment and entertainment in making a nice ship model.
