Paint shaker

Hi there folks,

Do you to have problems shaking these paint bottles after they weren't use for a year. After 2 bottles you think....my wrist hurts.

Simple solution when you have a jigsaw. I fixed 2 piece of wood to the saw blad and glued that in a smal bag that I sew around it. Just start the saw (hold the bag loose between the fingers) and after 1 minute or less you have perfect shaken paint.

A good idea is to connect the jigsaw to a variable speed drive. This will slow down the shaking a bit.

Yes 70 dollar plus shipping. Aliexpres sells them for 30 incl. Shipping. On the jigsaw its for free, just a little scratch and work.

There is a much more simple solution. Don t use paint . @Jimsky will agree on that.

Just use pigmented inks from schminke, love those.

another important thing, some paint if vibrated too fast turns into mayonnaise. Do not use it to eat with French fries.

That’s what I thought when I read your post .

I now have the paint bottle placed off centre in the foam insert. That way I found it introduces a wobble when I start the drill. Definitely a case of “shaken not stirred”.
