You can possibly pick some up at a hobby shop that deals in fantasy miniatures. Like mentioned above, you will have to note the scale ship you have and come as close as you can size wise. On the positive side, you will possibly be able to shape them into the positions you want with a bit of work. The common sizes when i was working with them are 15mm, 25mm, 30 mm and larger. The size indicates how high a scale man would be, so I would imagine you would want the 15 mm.
Talk to the people at the store to see if they can order some ! There are just way too many figures for a store to carry everything !
Even doing a search online for “15 mm skeletons”returns some possibilities!

There are a large number of skeleton "figures" on the market. You will need to search using the required scale, I also suggest that you replace figure with "miniature" in your search. If you have access to a resin 3d printer you could also try searching for the STL files and print them yourself. If you get stuck message me as I have a number of contacts in the miniature gaming world.

So, the rest of you guys please jump in and correct me if you see something wrong in the math.
I believe your kit is 1/90.
a 6 ft. man would be 72 in.
a 5 ft. man is 60 in.
at 1/90 scale, that would be 0.8 in and 0.667 in respectively.
convert to mm is appprox. 20 mm and 17 mm respectively.

on another note, if you can find figures at 1/72 or 25 mm, for a 6 foot man would be 1 in. tall which would equal a man of about 7.5 feet
in 15 mm figures, in the scale of your ship would be about 4.5 scale feet tall.

I hope that helps some.

Happy New Year !

Jeff

Thank you. I have been trying to figure out what the scale would be.

These are a tad larger than scale....

...henry
that would be great to use I would think. His smallest size listed is 28 mm which would come out to figures about 8 ft tall.
However, he does mention that he can do custom sizes !
@Skip Garr if you could get them to make them at about 20mm, they would be just right for being a scale 6 ft. man on your ship.
