as you can see the bow part of the keel does not fit in the slot of the cradle , does this part need beveling it does not say so in the instruction. need the help i can get

i put the two a4 part together and sanded them equal so that the keel fit in the cradle

First rib install , experience some trouble the keel was forward by one sixteen , had to sand the keel support of some laser burnt it does not take much

rib 10,11 has to be tapered before setting in the cradle taking more time , will do a more refine sanding when all rib are done

RIB 0 to 22 installed a few need tender loving care now will go to the rib a to k will see how it goes

coming to the bow rib had to put clamp on the back so they stay in place

dust is a problem in the rib cleaning i hook my shop vac under my work bench and using my flex shaft on reverse the dust is pick up. need a mod for a wider nose.
rev number 1 is in progress.

am a little off on the last beam not glued it yet finding a way make it even on both side.
there are no mention a to where to galley goes there are no planking on lower deck need all the help i can get
as to varnish or stain one would have to do the inside before closing

with the rib in the cradle and they look ok when i tried to installed the deck support they are not centered must have made some error but at a lost to where , i tried the decking and they line up ok if i move the deck support to the left then the right does not fit ,

i am having trouble finding the proper height , it sitting a 80 mm from the keel , i redone it 3 time and not sure of the position.

builder are not too helpful , need al the help i can get.

am 2mm out and i have not been able to get a precise measurement at mid ship , i should equal at mid ship . instruction are poor , how can i plank with no starting point my first full plank has to be equal on each side ,

i hate to see this ship in a storm at the tiller , one could be wash over board , there not much protection
