Shop Vac Not Getting It Done

Shop vac was not sucking as it should; tried changing the filter. No help. Then I checked the hose. Yes, that's a bottle cap. Another example of poor trouble shooting. Always check the must obvious cause first, for example, "is it plugged in?" Fair winds!

Hmmm...I think it was a good troubleshooting, if this was a bad one, you would replace the shop-vac all together ROTF ROTF
