Buon giorno a tutti, per la prima volta nella mia vita ho messo piede nel Regno Unito, e non me ne vergogno, anzi. Dico anzi perché , nonostante tutto, non avrei mai immaginato che prima o poi l'avrei fatto senza cercare nessun tipo di viaggio di proposito, fatto stà che ciò è successo. Ed è successo nei migliori modi possibili e cioè dirigendomi direttamente in SCOZIA, TERRA MAGICA MISTERIOSA AFFASCINATE RICCHISSIMA DI STORIA RICCHISSIMA DI VERDE , E PIù CHI NE HA PIù METTA...., e precisamente a DUNDEE per toccare con mano il DISCOVERY.
Potete comprendere l'emozione, la gioia, che ho provato nel vedere , per me, (sapete in Sardegna dove vivo non ci sono queste cose) è stata la primissima volta che ho una vera nave, la nave che è stata nel Polo Sul, la nave simbolo dell'esplorazione. Ho acquistato il libro " The Voyages of th Discovery" di Ann Savors ubblicato dalla " Seaforth Publishing, in inglese , in italiano non lo vendevamo, pazienza, con la scusa imparerò un pò l'inglese nel tradurre le pagine. Dunque tutta questa storiellina è stata necessaria (e sono sicuro che qualcuno l'avrà già capito), desideroso ardentemente, a tutti i costi poter ricostruire il modello Ho chiesto presso il museo informazioni se esistessero i piani costruttivi ed eventualmente dove poterli acquistare..... , naturalmente non ne sapevamo niente Ed eccomi qui, il primo pensiero è stato proprio " ...perché non chiedere a tutti voi?", "ci sarà qualcuno fortunato che ha costruito il Discovery?", pensieri e domande che vengono in mente, a appassionato come voi, vengono in mente Concludendo, e chiedo scusa per la lungaggine, rivolgo a tutti Voi se potete aiutarmi in questa impresa affinchè possa anch'io avere l'onore di ri-costruire la Storia attraverso il modello del DISCOVERY, Grazie, grazie in anticipo.
