Hello, I'm Joe from Maryland USA. Have been building different type of models for over 60 years. In the wooden ship category have completed the Emma C Berry and Harvey. Currently working on the Constructo HMS Bounty 1:50. Definitely new to this forum and glad to be a member. I have the hull completed and starting to work on the upper structure. I moved recently and unfortunately have lost the colored instruction and the parts lists. Getting use to how to use this forum, but will definitely be looking forward to being a part of this community and how to track down copies of my missing instructions before I get back to work on this project

Joe

also from my side a warm welcome here on board of our forum

I hope somebody here in our forum has this kit build already and does not need the manual any more, or can make a scan or photos of the instructions.

Where abouts in the land of Mary are you? I'm in Anne Arundel County.
You can see my stuff linked below...
I'm in Howard County (Elkridge), just down the road from you. Your work is very impressive and well beyond my poor skills. But Im trying

Welcome to the forums! My wife and I are also from MD, being from College Park. She grew up there for her entire life before marrying me. I alternated between MD and CA and back again because of my father's Navy career. We graduated from the same High School and married after I had been promoted to HM3, then spent my career bouncing all over the world. She had a great time! I retired after 24 years in CT.

Anyway, welcome!

Thanks,

I retired from the Air Force after 30. Did several tours at NAS Patuxent River, then retired down there working for contractors then retired and living next to the grandkids in Elkridge just north of you. Thanks for the welcoming.

Joe

Hello, I'm Joe from Maryland USA.
Hi Joe
Welcome aboard. I do not miss many things about the northeast since moving to the warmer climate but some of things I do miss are from Maryland, including being a reasonable distance to visit Preble Hall, Chesapeake Bay salties, and crabcakes from St. Michaels.

We are getting a Maryland Ledo Pizza place in our little town in the very near future. Hope it is as good as our local Marylanders claim. :)

Hello joe. I'm 74 so we may be similar in age. Building models keeps me young in my mind.
