Fellow SoSers,

We are proud to announce that, starting today, Model Shipways is officially licensed to manufacture all Mamoli and Dusek model kits in the USA.
This agreement allows us to reduce transport costs and eliminate import fees, ensuring better value for you.
Additionally, manufacturing in our factory enables us to provide FREE replacement parts—just like we do for all the products we make.

Any chance of re-engineering some of the construction issues, updating plans, improving instructions and improving cast metal parts?
Since Mamoli seems to be a fairly popular product, it's nice to hear of all the advantages of your producing them here in the U.S.

This is great, just as long as the kits still include good quality hardwoods, brass etched parts, and laser etched wood pieces to simulate carved decoration. No basswood for finished, visible parts, please.
 
Mamoli owned by Dusek ,if any improvements or upgrades have benn done ,it was done by them ,I believe Ms will just manufacture the kit not redesigning them
 
Great News, Over the years I have built several C. Mamoli kits. My list includes H.M.S Victory, Royal Louis 1780, and two Gretels. My kits were purchased from ModelExpo in the 80s and early 90s. At that time I felt the kits were high quality and a good value. I have a U.S.S. Constitution from Mamoli yet to build. I would be interested in comparing a set of ModelExpo's plans and drawings with the originals.
