I’m quite impressed, apart from the utter impossibility of tall ships to turn 360 degrees with no regard to wind direction. I can forgive the collisions, clearly they are unintentional.
A search for Peasholm park will reveal dozens of videos over the years, but this is a nice professional version. There are lots more, with mode ships nowadays

Unfortunately i could not open the link you threaded, a pity
 
That method of model warship combat would not be allowed anymore.. The little missiles would risk you a nice federal felony in the form of making bombs.. oopsies..

And well here in the united states the modern version has ship limit sizes, structural material requirements. Last i saw, the hull planking was a MAXIMUM 1/16" sheet of balsa.
