Hello Members... new here. I am building the HMS Endeavor from OcCre and have run out of these tiny glass beads; many were defective and had no holes. These glass beads are attached to several spreaders for lowering on the masts. I have been unable to find extras; Model Expo does not display them, and none have been found from OcCre. You guys/gals have any suggestions.

You will find them when your in an unbalanced state and step on a few, and your footing goes out from under you. ROTF

Hobby Lobby is another good craft store to get beads from. They also have nice wire bending pliers in bead department for making eye rings and loops.
 

They might have what you need, depending on the size. Worse comes to worst, make them like the real vessel with wood. An appropriate diameter dowel rod can be cut into pieces and a hole drilled. To round the edges a little sanding by hand works well. Even better, a few seconds in a homemade sanding tumbler like the ones posted here at SoS works wonders, same as rounding out poor quality blocks that have sharp edges.
