Yup, I'm having a great time with this build.
I'm mulling over a request to build a tug for another relative. BUT I need to complete my other builds first.

Indeed, the details are more fun than planking. The important details are the color of the hull, the color of the Pods and overall the registration number and boat name. His Aunt and Cousin managed that part for me.

@Jimsky, @Rebus , @Namabiiru, @dockattner, thanks to all of you who have followed this log. Your input and likes are greatly appreciated. I'm at the point of adding the decals and then applying the last coats of clear Poly. The official launch date is 8/12/2015 (The Birthday Party). Gathering the needed information and sharing of the build steps has been fun, lot's background sleuthing and so far no information leaks.

Todays Update.
Had to make one more little jig to get the curve right for the cabin handrails.
Soaked the rails and added 1/32 inch nails at each end to aid in gluing them to the cabin roof. Very pleased with the outcome.

It was quite a chore to gather the information for the name and registration number of his Grandfathers boat. Sister-in-Law, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins were involved. "No leaks", so will be a good surprise.That is looking very nice, Jan. I'm pretty sure your nephew will be thrilled with this.
