Hello Everyone, My name is Edward, I've been studying the design and development of wooden warships from 1550 to 1860, and for me the best way to understand them has 'for me' been to make models in minecraft. To a scale of about one minecraft block equaling to two imperial feet.

I had been wondering what you guys might think of some of my models.

Here are some pics of my most recent Build Soleil Royal 1749

Welcome aboard. Interesting builds. Have played Minecraft and know this took time and effort. I like them.

That's very cool! I hope Minecraft blocks are cheaper than Legos! ;)
Yeah, it's part of why I choose minecraft, I doesn't cost anything to build the ship, I've built hundreds if not thousands of them, and it hasn't costed my a dime, besides the purchase of the game.

Never heard of Minecraft blocks, actually Lego came out long after
I was I born, Tinker Toy was the big thing in my early youth !
Minecraft could be fun , your models are very interesting ,thanks
for showing them .
