Built and installed the walls/bulkheads for the Officers Food Stores, and the Sail Locker, also the ladder for the main companion way.

No, I have not, I got to the end of finishing section 4, and decide to take a break. I will be ordering section 5 shortly, and continuing the project in about a month. Thank you for the inquiry!

I tried this , the alignment of the ribs is a real issue having them conform to the drawings , they then don’t conform to each other. I unglued and repeated, slightly better but yech ! I suggest that you stack the ribs onto the previous one before the glue dries , repaying until you have the boat on its end standing !

Thanks for asking, yes I will resume shortly. My wife bought me a different kit for christmas, so I too a break on LaRenommee. Still need to order the next sction which is now about 500.00

Thanks for the inquiry, still working up the funds for section 5 of La Renommee.....680.00 with shipping, in the meantime, my wife bought me Le Mirage by Corel last xmas, so I built that, and now Im doing a quick Mamoli Model of the HMS Hunter. Also some repairs to Britannia, which I built many years ago. Sadly you can see La Renommee in the background waiting for the next section
