Captured Crusader Mk 2 tank Border Models

Nicely done, but mighty clean for North Africa.

Tamiya’s focus has always been on quality and simplicity. There are plenty of manufacturers who put out more highly detailed, quality kits, but I doubt anyone will soon top Tamiya in the entry-level niche. Drop a bottle of glue in a Tamiya box, shake it a bit, and a completed kit will fall out. ROTF

I love Tamiya because their parts fit perfectly, their instructions are understandable, and there are plenty of opportunities to scratch my own upgrades.

Ah Ha! Not long captured and just given a new coat of paint! I say captured but I suspect that the Brits left these heaps of s*** on purpose in the hope that the Africa Corps would laught themselves to death.

I agree with all you say about Tamiya, however I find Border kits are well worked out and not too dificult except perhaps the very fiddly working tracks on this one. Still they look better than the elastic bands youi uaed to get on all tanks.
