Construction of Pharaoh Sahure’s Ship - Based on an Amati Kit

Hello,
We’re continuing to make progress on the diorama. Some areas are still not entirely clear to me yet, but the pier setup is.
Most likely, it will be placed on the starboard side, with the vessel facing the pier bow-on.

Until the ruins scenery and surrounding elements are in place, I won’t be able to use the airbrush to blend and unify the diorama.

Hello.
Test of the side walls.
Again, only the earth effect. I have also added the wooden moldings to the central figure of Isis and applied a sand treatment as well.

Now I’m wondering whether to make the entire left wall to create the dock, or leave it similar to this so it doesn’t look so closed off.
We’ll do some tests...

Until the whole building work is finished in sections, I can’t start applying the painting effects, so that they look homogeneous everywhere.
For now, this is how things are going.

Very impressive work! Your diorama is very creative. The figures help a lot with the scale. I think a museum would love to have this.
