Having trouble with the gun ports not lining up with deck cannons. The ports are in correct position and cant be lowered as would not be right with the other ports. The cannons on first (lower) deckwhen level are too low. They can be tilted up but might not look right. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do to correct? Thanks

Für mich hat alles wunderbar geklappt.
Vielleicht könntest du versuchen, die Räder etwas abzuschleifen. Auf das untere Deck sollte das nicht alles fallen.

What are the dimensions of the gun barrels, carriages, and ports? I THINK the center of the barrel and thus center of the ports for the 32 pounders and 24 pounders should be about 36 inches above the deck planking.

Just thought of this.... are the trunnions in the right place? They should be below the centerline of the barrel as in the sketch above. A lot of kit cannons get them in the wrong place and will add to the problem of elevation.

No trunnions on center. Also think the full scale drawing I took dimensions off of is slightly off. Found other things that aren’t right. My cannons will shoot for the sky lol. I can tweak a few things I think. Thanks for your ideas and help.
