Maybe I am wrong but Trident Victory will be POF?Victory in 1:96 (or 1:98) still exists in many company invetories. C.Watton and Amati, when joint venturing, were planning a 1:64 version, but they splitted just because of this project. That scale would possibly be a better compromise than 1:48.

Hopefully...! That would be awsome. Victory POBs still exist in almost any manageable scale.Maybe I am wrong but Trident Victory will be POF?
We do not need more Pob Victory lolHopefully...! That would be awsome. Victory POBs still exist in almost any manageable scale.
In my opinion 1:64 or 1:72 would be good enoughTo be honest, we must be crazy to want a 1:48 POF Victory. The sheer scale of the kit alone—with an estimated 30 kg of wood—is beyond imagination. And I don’t even want to talk about the build time.
But yes, we are crazy, and I’d be the first to raise my hand, jump to the front of the line, and shout, “I want one, I want one!”
Given the expected time and financial investment, though, we should avoid discussing this with the Admiral at home.
Yeah and the full size if you rig the model too lol, that makes it 300 cm long ,you could open a museum and charge a fee. And, given the financial and time commitment involved, it's probably best not to discuss it at home with the Admiral

Mr. Padoan's french I rate, at the stege of mere carpentry, weighted some 40 kilos... . The mid-section of the Bonhomme by Unicorn, mainly because of the large amount of jigs and templates provided, comes in a box of 23 kilos, if I'm not mistaken. At this rate, we will be soon in need of a forklift to keep on running our innocent hobby! To be honest, we must be crazy to want a 1:48 POF Victory. It has to be POF. 1:48 is merely a design platform; 64/72/96 are nothing but scaling factors—otherwise, 1:48 is utterly meaningless. The 1693 Le Saint Philippeat 1:48 follows exactly this same approach.Maybe I am wrong but Trident Victory will be POF?

Appreciate it.I will be following with much interest.

We’ll be approaching the 1:48 release in a rather unique way. Once that’s complete, we’ll follow up with scaled-down POF versions of Victory. Naturally, some detail will be lost in the smaller scales—that’s the inevitable trade-off. This is a long-haul project of significant scope, and it will require your patience. But it will be worth it.In my opinion 1:64 or 1:72 would be good enough

Between myself and my designer, we’re pushing well over a century in age. While we still have the energy, we’re determined to do things that others might call insane.Come on, leave something for us crazy people, too. Don't always ask what's sensible.
