Question Occre Santisima Trinidad Rigging

I am trying to figure out what the purpose of the line with a belaying point 413.
This is a drawing from the Occre Santisima Trinidad specifically lifts, but I am not sure what is being lifted in this case.

Lifts supported the outboard ends of the yards. The drawings below are for British ships so may not be exactly the same. These are from James Lees' book on masting and rigging English ships of war.

I think it is for lifting the above mast so that they can remove the fid and lower the mast, the line is attached to an eyebolt on the mast cap and then goes down through a sheave in the upper mast and back up to another block on the other side of the mast cap and then goes down to the deck, hope this helps you,
