Amati Steamboat Robert E. Lee 1:150 Scale (Finished Model)

paint doesn't stick that great on the white metal, but it seems ok.......but how will it stick on the brass?...do you sand it first? or?

Three ways you can try: 1. spray primer the brass before apply acylic paint, 2. light sanding then thin acylic painting 4-5 coats, 3. use speed acylic paint markers like Arrtx. I will go either 1 or 3, much faster. Making a speed acylic paint markers video, I will demo the marker way in my video. Good luck!
 
merci.....ha...i moved from vancouver to burns lake bc in 2013....wonder if there are many modelers there these days...it seems like it's a dying craft......any hobby stores selling model ships?.......
