Hello!

I picked this model up today thinking it was a Billings boat build possibly one of the early ones. I'm not so sure anymore and I'm hoping someone here with a lot more experience can tell me if it is the Billings kit and it's just missing a lot of parts, or if someone is done a reasonably good job of copying the kit? I'm going to be upgrading it. All the rigging I will replace, blocks, pulls, cleats ect. I appreciate any opinions and thoughts . 1000007879.jpg1000007879.jpg

It is definitely not a Billing Boats model. It looks like a scratch-built model—the kind for which you can find many sets of plans on Pinterest. But it is a fine model, and you can tell that a lot of hours of work have gone into it.
