My Carvings

I read that some folks are currently building your kits, but for the life of me I cannot find a source for them. Would you kindly tell me where/how I can see/obtain available kits. I'm very impressed with your quality. Thank you.

Here you go Hoss, search for plank on frame kits on this web page.

I think I'll finish La Renommee first, and then I want to do Le Fleuron or HMS Royal Caroline.
I certainly agree with Uwe here, Le Fleuron is a beauty and in combination with the Ancre monographs any moddeler can make a true marvellous beauty of this kit.
From the Royal caroline there is already a great kit available from Lu Hai Qing Kong although not POF.

When do you expect to release the last session of the Bellona?

Very interesting news about the Bellona - Many thanks for the update!
Back to the Topic: One question related to the carvings you showed us here......from which ship is this the figurehead - a highly complicated figurine?

Sometimes you wrote to which ship the carving belongs - maybe you could edit the others and tell us from which ship

HMS Royal Caroline

Your work is fantastic I am happy you share it with us and not just on the China web sites a million thanks I am also looking forward to your next release, something fresh and new

I've also carved the original Victory figure head manually, from European Boxwood. It is 150mm high, so if yours with its 105 mm height is 1:72 than mine should be to the 1:50 scale. I doubt this though because as far as I know the composition was 3 m high so mine should be to a scale of 1:200 then. If your scale is correct than the original figure head had to be 7.5 m high. I am sure it was not that big.
