Does anyone know the value of one of the ships. I just found one today brand new in the wooden box from what I’ve read 40 years ago. Just wondering what the value is if anyone knows her what they sell for. Thank youDSCN8525.JPGDSCN8526.JPGDSCN8527.JPGDSCN8528.JPGDSCN8529.JPGDSCN8530.JPG

OK it’s still in the car I’ll have to look at it tomorrow I’ll post tomorrow thank you. I thought there was only one manufacture for the one that came out 40 years ago in the box

Welcome also from my side.....
There are kit collectors out there - if the kit is in a good condition....... so please not only the name, maybe you can also make some photos

The photos in the first post clearly show the kit as being by Amati. There is a photo of the instructions with the Amati heading. That kit is a treasure! I have two wood POB models of Prince, one by Aeropiccola, the other being the newer kit by Constructo. The Amati is reputed to be superior to both.

Husac, it is good to see you again. Do you still live in NYC?

I will consider. I have it listed on eBay right now on a seven day auction. I know it’s very very rare. The last one I found sold in 2016 for $1250. But I’ll definitely keep your info and. Thank you

My God
Amazing what a gem to have in your stash. Too old to start on such a project , but it was THE kit when it came out many moons ago. I feel it is too special to construct should be kept intact and to be drooled over
