Marine Timbers in Seaford Victoria carry Birch ply from .4 mm, there are probably wooden boat material shops nearer to you.

The Darkly Labs looks very interesting, I wonder what the Eucalypt Plywood is like sounds OK.
Marine Timbers has some beautiful wood shame I m so far away, I'm very regional so need to source most things online.
