1:48 Bounty open side Help requested

I just got a Artesania Latina Bounty model and I was intending to make a open side boat with exposed internal decks which was called "The Anatomy of the H. M. S. Bounty 1783" (Ref 20604) but instead I received a model that had parts of the top deck cut away, exposing some cabins and the center hold. The model has partially full frames in the aft and bow and I would like to open up those areas for viewing the below decks and filling the boat with stores and quarters. I do not know what those areas held or the deck layout and I con not read the attached admiralty bottom deck plan.
Any help with this process and build would be greatly appreciated.

Search SoS build logs. I recall someone building the AL Bounty and super detailing the interior. I am sure it will give you all the info you need.
