Gilles -

Do you happen to know if an English translation for 'VAISSEAUX (les) de 74 à 120 canons' is also planned?

Thanks,

Greg

I believe work on the "74 to 120-Gun ships" was in progress when I started the "50 and 64" back in late October last year.
So there is a possibility the two books may be released at the same time, but I do not know for sure...
These translations are sizeable and difficult undertakings. I know the 50 and 64 was... as a large portion of the text includes a typed version of period text: the Bigot de Morogues construction treatise dated to the 1740's.

Kindest regards.

That would be wonderful! Yes, I realize the texts are quite long and the work to translate is great - it must be a rather significant decision to determine if the time and effort needed to do so is in any way equivalent to the number of those interested in obtaining the monograph in English. With that said, I remain very thankful for the work you have done to make a number of these texts / monographs more accessable.
