Has anyone built or have any info on this older kit? I can find little to no info on it.

I think, that it is the same kit and no difference of the content or size, it is only the written information of the scale
The first and older version which was released was defined by Panart with scale 1:66 - Total length of model was given with 1,255 meter
The later version (of the same kit) was released with a changed and corrected scale with 1:84
on the cover of the box we can see still the same model - the total length of the model is now 1,25 meter
