An English Royal yacht

Pretty, pretty, pretty!!! Bravo!

I love the simple elegance of English yachts of this period.

I am curious how you did the stern and gunport gold decorations (paper? Wood?) Apologies if you stated it above and I missed it.

Thank you @Bluemaxone, on behalf of the English shipwrights.
For the decorations I used anything I could lay my hands on. Magic Sculpt for the bigger decorations, gesso for the smaller ones. The gunport decorations were on a basis of paper with here and there blobs of glue mixed with some chalk. It's not really carving, it just looks like it (I hope).

Your remarks are very kind and you are probably right, but it feels a bit like injustice towards all those hard working wood and metal-builders, creating their models that last for years to build, slowly progressing towards the end, puzzling how to make their next move. I mess around with scissors and glue for a few weeks and I am satisfied with these easily obtained results. It's not a really fair comparison.
In fact it all depends on what one is building for: is it the result or is it for the proces of building?
And actually I am fully convinced that the material used is of no relevance: be it wood, metal, paper or Lego. We are all after the challenge to create something that was not there before.
One can be astounded about the results, but everyone sets his own standard (IMHO).
Thank you for liking my work.

When I built my caedstock HMS Alert, I sealed it with Bullseye Lacquer.once together it is as strong as wood (cellulose after all), looks like wood ans requires the same patience. Eacto knife exchanged for scissors (both cutting insttuments) and PVA is good for both...excellent work is excellent work regardless of the medium
That there is no sanding dust nor the

Space needed for paper are simply plusses.
Your work is great!
