3,5mm for the larger ones and 2,5mm for the smaller ones.
I was thinking about only using the smaller ones for all of them but I wanted to use smaller ones for the backstays and the topmasts.
But even the 2,5mm ones are still slightly too large for the scale (25cm), I think.
