Anyone recognize this ship?

Sorry friend, I gave it my best go. The placement of the steam stack and the wheel house placement doesn't seem too similar to other steamers. This could be a scratch build someone just did themselves, not meant to be of a specific ship. I believe some older models were meant to envoke certain designs rather than being exact replicats of a specific ship. It almost looks like it used to have a paddle wheel that since fell off.

The best I can do is bump this and hope someone more knowledgeable than myself sees this and can help you.

It does look like it might have had a paddle wheel. Never looked enough to see that, but i see it now! I appreciate the look!!!!

I think that you may have to be prepared to accept that it is not a model of an actual vessel.
The parts do not form a coherent whole to my eye.
It may be the builder's fever dream. Another generation's version of "steam punk"? It could be what is the actual definition of a "bash".
Bash - a collection of wildly incompatible parts from different eras that were never together and could never have been.
The bow looks ~1900 but never with that substantial a bowsprit.
No sign of yards, so why ratlines?
Who would rig backstays that pulled the mast forward?
When were cowl vents invented? Just one off center pointed forward? Under sail the wind is aft to bow.
Was a paddle wheel ever fast enough to push air down a vent?

It’s very possible….that would mean I could correct it how ever to the best of my abilities (not very good yet) and it would still be wrong…I’m ok with that. I don’t have it yet….soon. I appreciate your comments…

I think that someone saw a picture (not an actual plan) of a late Nineteenth Century steamship, went to the basement, and cobbled together a model. I remember doing that myself as a teenager. Unfortunately the results speak for themselves. Not an accurate representation of a real vessel.
