Please watch out for the HOWARD IRVING CHAPELLE books for these lovely ships. "The Baltimore Clipper" is the closest to your theme...
Best to look for these issue as the book is a.f.a.I.k. the largest edition with the biggest drawings to enlarge at your local copy shop... so have an eye on the books measurements and - the older the edition the better the drawings is my experience over the years.
, but there are a plenty of related articles with a lot of plans in his other books. Also in the older issues of the Nautical Research Guildes and other periodica in those booklets you will find very of intersting plans and sail plans.
