Bending Wood

Thank you to all that responded to my thread, the ship I'm doing is at an 1/8" scale so the bend for the davit had to be small so I used a soldering iron with a 3/8" diameter (Lumberyard and Polydoc) to bend the wet wood. The plastic strips (Danielsje) I may use in the future but I am trying to make every item I can except for the anchors, shipswheel and propeller etc.
