Beware the Coffee

As long as you are not putting a glue into brown bag, squeezed on the top, you are all good :) , think of it as Starb*cks coffee...
I was just going to ask if it was a gourmet high test coffee or…(yes, I’m a coffee enthusiast {was going to say snob but autocorrect saved me embarrassment}) or something…

My latest was pouring the hot water into the coffee jar instead of the coffee maker. I'll have to be more careful with my linseed oil now. Too many things to work out.... ;)
Use nut oil, then if you drink it instead of your coffee it'll be harmless! I always keep my beverages away from the workdesk when painting etc - just in case! :p

Please let me know if you think it’s time I give the hobby up:
Today I was applying linseed oil to my ship model, second coat, while enjoying a nice cup of coffee. About 15 minutes into it I noticed the oil looked quite different on the hull.
Replaying it in my mind it was obvious that I had dunked my brush into the beverage instead of the oil. I think I’m getting old.
What do you think?

P.S. The coffee still tasted quite good.
let me guess. Would age have anything to do with it? Sounds perfectly normal to me. At least you didn't sip your linseed as opposed to your coffee. Had that been the case maybe it would be time to give up.
